All classes are low-impact and beginner friendly!

Monday and Thursday: $10 per class, payment is due at time of class.
Cash, Venmo (@Lisa-Filippine) or PayPal (paypal.me/LisaFilippine) are accepted.

Tuesday classes are free, sponsored by the Florence Township Recreation Committee

All new participants are required to complete an online waiver prior to their first class.

All levels, slow flow classes are a vinyasa style class that is appropriate for all levels, abilities and experiences. Classes include a period of breath-work and meditation, followed by thoughtful sequences designed to both challenge and relax the mind and body.

Gentle Yoga is a beginner friendly class that focuses on holding various seated and supine postures to help open and stretch the entire body.


​The HIIT and Stretch class is a beginner friendly class that meshes aspects of high intensity interval training and yoga, providing a unique class that offers an intense workout followed by a deep stretch.


Calm coaching is designed to teach age appropriate ways to deal with conflict, stressful situations and big emotions. Participants will identify and develop daily habits to help them move through their day in calmer, less reactive states, as well as tools that can be used to help diffuse stressful situations. Appropriate for all ages.
This 8 week program can be customized for individual needs, and is available for both private individual and group facilitation.

Participation Waiver for Yoga Classes with Lisa Filippine, RYT500

I hereby agree to the following:

1. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any fitness program or class. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition to my knowledge that would prevent my full participation in this class.

2. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any group fitness class I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, illnesses, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in this class, including but not limited to COVID-19/coronavirus. 

3. This waiver applies regardless of whether you are actively participating at the time of the injury or illness, or whether your injury or illness occurs as a result of your presence upon the premises regardless of purpose or activity at the time of the injury and/or illness-causing incident.

4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any fitness program I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the Township of Florence, Florence American Legion Post 194 and Lisa Filippine.

5. As such, I agree and covenant not to sue or otherwise attempt to hold Florence Township, Florence American Legion Post 194 and/or Lisa Filippine liable for any injuries or illnesses regardless of the cause.

6. This waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad as is allowed under the applicable law and applies to any and all claims for damages, regardless of whether they are allegedly caused by the negligence of the instructor.

7. I, my heirs and/or legal representatives, release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Township of Florence, Florence American Legion Post 194 and/or Lisa Filippine as a result of any injury or illness due to my participation in offered classes.
